About Andrew Joyner

Adelaide man Andrew Joyner wisely rejoined the real world after attempting a PhD in literature, and has now illustrated for the Sunday Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Allen and Unwin and Penguin. He is inspired by New Yorker artists such as Arno, Steig and Steinberg, Ludwig Bemelmans, and printed ephemera. He favours lemon cordial over red and green.
