As a young boy, Marcelo Baez discovered a pile of dusty old comics that would forever change his destiny. Proficient only at daydreaming, he would find the best outlet for his imagination was drawing and creating comics.
After developing his skills over a number of years, Marcelo produced his first creator-owned comic, Diabla! Voted favorite Australian comic on ozcomics.com, this encouraged him to continue his creative path. Later he discovered the unique power of communicating with illustrations and set forth. His clients include Marvel, Hardie Grant Egmont, Popular Mechanics US, GQ Australia, Microsoft, Men's Health, Miami New Times, National Geographic, Scholastic, ESPN Magazine, Westpac, Rugby League Week, FHM, Dallas Observer, Time Out Singapore, Stone Arch books, Philadelphia magazine, and Zoo magazine.
He recently completed a Zac Power comic for Hardie Grant Egmont, and is working on a strange Greek myth comic which will blow your mind!
