We’re pretty impressed by the latest project to come from the genius mind of Justin Maller. Justin has created Run Your Jewels: a digital media remix competition that challenges entrants to remix an image from a source file. Every two weeks Run Your Jewels upload a new raw source file for competitors to tamper and play with. The phenomenal results are uploaded on the site, and the submission with the most votes not only wins prizes, but “infinity street cred”. Pictured are the ‘before’ image and the winning ‘after’ image from Round 1 – pretty un-freakin-believable.
