Recent JW signing, Sonia Kretschmar has been hard at work on on her first animation project, which we are proud to present here.
Titled ‘Before Dark’ It is a personal project based on a track by local singer / songwriter / ukelele enthusiast Rose Turtle Ertler, who has just released her latest album “All For One From Now Til Dawn". Sonia – wrote, directed, animated, edited, mostly using a combination of Photoshop and After Effects. The story was inspired by a recent trip to the Australian outback. Feral animals journey across an inhospitable landscape in search of their dreams… but are they really cut out for this place?
