Kat Chadwick inked up some illustrations for a cause that made us all well-up inside. Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital approached Kat to create instructional illustrations for Comfort First, a program that aims to promote coping skills and assist parents with the medical procedures associated with their child’s cancer treatment. The final outcome was an A5 laminated swatch book for parents, showing them how to utilise positive distractions, develop empowering skills and facilitate understanding. As you can see, Kat can most definitely lend warmth and comfort to any subject.
