Is it any surprise that the cover illustration for Eye Weekly’s Not-So-Badass Guide to Tattoos is by Jacky Winter’s Rik Lee? He’s most tattooed man I know and a highly sought after creator of custom tattoos (who has a little known obsession with hot dogs). Rik is definitely your go-to-guy when it comes to anything even remotely related to tattoo design and illustration – from traditional to tongue-in-cheek.
