Singles, couples, and fitness fanatics alike will be converging upon Birrarung Marr this weekend for a romantic 4.5 or 6.5km run, labelled as the ‘most romantic run of your life’. It’s hard to imagine wheezing and sweating with your loved one (or prospective floozy) as romantic, but Rik Lee’s tattoo-esque illustrations of loved-up, good-looking people on the posters convince us otherwise.
