Nicole Wu

Based in Melbourne, self-taught artist Nicole Wu makes playful animation and surreal landscape imagery, harnessing the endless creative possibilities of working in 3D. Nicole’s otherworldly creations are brimming with extraordinary detail, spanning a range of styles.

For a recent project, Nicole was tasked with designing the furniture visualisation for Marbera’s unique marble pieces, presenting the furniture in her signature dream-like setting. Nicole has created a filter for Nikon, a series of surreal images for Mercedes Benz' EQA electric car, and modified a classic 1949 Series 62 Cadillac to give it a futuristic appearance using a pre-existing 3D model and reshaping and applying new textures.
